1.1 Engineering supports for microwave and telecom products like Bias Tee, coupler, filter, duplexer, combiner, RF front end, RF subsystem, LNA, TMA etc,工程技术支持微波和通信产品如分相器，耦合器，滤波器，双工器，合路器，射频前端，射频子系统，低噪声放大器，塔顶放大器等


1.2 Product prototype and sample making, and products optimization for mass manufacturing. 产品原型和样品制作，批量生产产品优化


1.3 Work with the production and material sourcing department to reduce the cost and do DFx with related departments. 和生产采购等部门一起降低成本，和相关部门一起做产品可制造行分析


1.4 Technical support for marketing 为市场部提供技术支持


1.5 Technical support for the production line and process control. 为生产线提供技术支持，制程控制
1.6 Making products process 制作工艺文件和流程
1.7 Designing and Making fixtures and jigs 设计制作工装夹具
2. Requirements要求
2.1 BS or above degree in microwave, communication or electronics, 本科或以上学历，微波，通信或电子专业


2.2 5 year or above working experience, 五年以上工作经验


2.3 Has experience on processing for telecom or mechanical 有通信产品或机械产品生产工艺经验


2.4 Projects management experience preferred, 有项目管理经验的优先


2.5 Familiar with the RD process and product process, 熟悉研发流程和产品工艺


2.6 Familiar with EDA like AutoCAD, Pro-E etc 熟练使用AutoCAD,Pro-E等


2.7 Good communication skill and team spirit, 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作


2.8 Good English reading and writing skills良好的英文读写
