Graduate from Metal material or Mechanical Major, bachelors’ degree or above;
金属材料或机械类专业毕业，本科以上学历；
1-2 years in manufacturing environment (Aluminum extrusion industry a plus),Strong analytical ,problem solving, project definition and systematic approach to solutions and implementations. The ability to identify and correct problems by utilization of root cause problem solving skills and experimental methods.
制造业1-2年工作经验（有铝型材挤压经验者优先考虑），有较强的问题分析，项目定义和系统的解决方案和实现方法。工程资质。利用能够识别并纠正问题的根源解决问题的能力和实验方法。
